Management of the Physical Asset
involving administration of the maintenance plan, hiring and monitoring of independent contractors, and capital improvements.
Leasing
including lease preparations, resident selection, and resident screening in order to ensure that your future resident will fulfill his/her lease.
Marketing
including market research, selling techniques, and a customized marketing plan to ensure that your property is reaching its target market – updated daily.
Rent Management
including resident relations, rent collections, and evictions.
Financial Reporting and Controls
including preparation of the operating budget, detailed record keeping, and purchasing/inventory control.
Administration
including employee selection, training, and supervision; operation of the management office; development of an appropriate insurance program; and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Property Management includes all the tasks listed under our property management section – but are not limited to work such as maintenance, tenant relations, rent collection, and leasing or other on site chores at the property.
